  I've been coming to this church for a little over a year and even in this short time the people here have become my family. I feel like I've known them my whole life! Seven years ago I was praying for a spirit filled home church that I could learn the Word and grow. I was 16 years old and had given my life to the Lord the year before and was met my a older gentleman who was passing out Jesus cards and shared with me the good news. I could feel God's love radiating off of this man and I knew I had to check it out!
  
  Unfortunately, due to some circumstances that day didn't come until I was 23 years old. I had made such a mess in my life in the span of 6 years and I found myself worse off than I ever wanted to be. I needed Jesus! That first visit, I knew in my heart I was home! It was exactly what I was praying for and my life hasn't been the same ever since. My daughter and I were welcomed in with so much love. She is always excited to go to church and has made so many close friends here. I am happy that she can grow in a positive, God filled environment. I couldn't ask for anything more perfect for my family.

  What I can say about VWO. First I was invited by church members and I always said I would go and never went. One day something told me to go and I went and as soon I walked in the door I felt something couldn't explain what it was till later and then church members approached me and welcomed me and showed me a seat and I never went to church on my own accord was always dragged to church a Catholic Church not knocking any church but this one is super special they started the service with worship songs sung by an amazing choir that made you feel the songs with their heavenly voices that makes you want to praise God for giving you another day of life. This church has an amazing Spiritual leader and he's so knowledgeable in the Bible straight from bible preaching. He really cares for his congregation and if you need prayers he prays for you and checks on you, he even takes the time to know your name and chats with you if you have any questions. Pastor Blake has such a caring heart and I proudly say he is MY PASTOR. The message he spoke that day was for me and changed me and then he had an altar call at the end of his message that feeling I felt earlier was the Holy Spirit telling me see I told you'll be ok and ever since Ive been faithful to God and rarely miss a service. This place has the the presence of God and you want to feel his presence I invite you and your family to come and feel the presence for yourself. This place will make feel at home and treat you like family.

  Come if you want to hear the truth. Pastor Blake only preaches what's in the Bible. I love coming here with my family. Also, once a month on Sunday they make great tacos.

  We believe in the gifts and that the book of Acts was not just for when Jesus walked the earth.... once spirit filled, I couldn't go back to a non spirit filled church. We have and altar and believe in lives being changed at the altar. I've witnessed miracles at the altar.
  
  We have order in our church though, no running around shouting and "dancing in the spirit", that kind of stuff. Lots of love and no racial or denominational barriers.
  
  Bible teaching is key and discipleship. I've been held accountable in the past 8 years, no hiding out in our church :) so if you want to see growth in yours and others lives, step into the deep end and grow...join us.

  VWO is an amazing church! We were welcomed from the very first day with warm hellos and even hugs. There are no judgements here, we are all accepted for who we are not for the mistakes we have made. My family and I have found a true family here and have been able to build a relationship with God. My kids can't wait to go to church every time! and love learning about God.
